CT Report looks bad for lung cancer/METS but waiting on the doc

Here are my CT findings:

Right greater than left Apical pleural thickening and fibrosis

Right greater than left lung linear fibrosis with minimal groundglass infiltrate

8x12 soft tissue nodule in the dorsal right lung adjacent to the pleural surface surrounded by minimal appearing infiltrate

Shotty middle mediastinal adenopathy without evidence of hilar adenopathy

I'm no radiologist but have had a few lung CTs in my time, including earlier this month for ground glass opacities -previously for nodules. Is it the lymph node observation, fibrosis, infiltrate or all of the above which concerns you?

the nodes because these nodes they’re usually cancer and famous for metastasis. I had BC in 201

I just received a very similar ct report. Trying to remain calm until I can see an oncologist. Recently moved and having a very hard time getting one here. The fatigue has been horrible but steroids help. Reminds me of the course of my dad’s lung cancer

Me too, thank you, but I’m not too optimistic due to chemical exposure on Camp Lejeune. My dad died from one of the other conditions caused by this exposure.
