bleeding/spotting while on anastrozole

Hi,

I get my 4th lupron shot this Wednesday and been on anastrozole since May 1. I ended up getting a week long period the beginning of may, I called my oncologist and she is going to double my lupron dose this month, in addition I just noticed that I'm now spotting. Not to overshare but want to give all the facts, I had sex last night, I didn't have any discomfort or pain so not sure whats up this evening. Anyone have similar experience, is this normal? I am up to date on my Pap smears and even had an ultrasound done on my ovaries right after I got the breast cancer dx.

Any reason why this could be happening or similar experiences?

I had spotting not long after I started anastrozole and it ended up being a benign polyp in the uterus. I had a d/c to remove the polyp and had my ovaries removed because my obgyn didn't like that they were still visible at my age so it was more a peace of mind thing. I would have it checked. You may have the same issue.

I had spotting/bleeding on Arimidex and I had already had my uterus and ovaries out. Turned out to be dry, irritated vaginal tissue. I really need to lubricate alot everyday. Maybe you do too?
