Cleveland clinic?

I'm an hour and a half from Cleveland, 10 minutes from local cancer center. Cleve. #5 in country and takes my ins. , local gets like 3.8 stars,- kind of feel the negative reviews are due to the fact that my town as a whole has a bad attitude about everything, as a majority of the population is below poverty levels. But Cleveland is clearly superior. but can I travel over 3 hours a day if the difference in care is not significant? And If it IS significant, why don't smaller towns emulate what cleveland is doing right? I know my life is worth it, but I worry I may get through this and end up homeless
