3D mammo scare

I haven't come to this site for a while. I've been getting too much anxiety about cancer so had to stay away.

Right now I am at my hospital getting a mammo. I came in for a screening mammo on my remaining boob and ultrasound. In the past they used to do 2D, but now I got 3D for the first time. The radiologist saw some distortion and wasn't sure if it's scar tissue or other changes. It quickly changed from a screening test to a diagnostic. They took a bunch of follow up pictures and now I'm waiting for the ultrasound.

I'm very scared. This is how it started for me before my first diagnosis, with a distortion.

I'm trying to hold on to the hope that it's only because the 3D done now is different from the past 2D pictures used for comparison.
