have to share this because it all can't be bad this. I had surgery yesterday and they took my expanders out and put in my implants. I was really mess up the night before crying because I didn't want more pain. The first surgery was extremely painful. That stayed with me. But, am so glad and happy to say that I am not in pain. I am uncountable but I can deal with that. I am taking pain medication but I believe I can stop taking them by tomorrow. I want to give myself time to make sure I don't need them and start Tylenol only. I don't want to make an error and get pain.

But, there is a light and am seeing it!

how many surgery did you had? Mine surgeon want a 3rd surgery taken some fat from my belly to fill in the top of my chest. I feel like that is just way to much surgery. Did you all have this extra surgery?

I just had my second surgery today Via. Amazed at how good I feel. It's only day one, and the pain may intensify tomorrow, but I'm up& around.

I was hoping this to be my last surgery. Dr hasn't said anything about a 3rd. But honestly I'd be so game for a fat transfer. .. especially if insurance covers it.

    Happy healing to you!

I have had 3 surgeries. First was BMX with placement of tissue expanders. Next was 3 months later, exchange surgery with fat grafting. Virtually painless. 3rd surgery was about 10 months later, hysterectomy, BSO, Reconstruction Revision and implant replacement. Again, virtually no pain on top. I am guessing I will need another for fat grafting on my right side. He would not do it during surgery 3 as he said it would be too much with the hysterectomy and BSO.
