Sitting at breast clinic right now! 6 month follow up

I am in my gown at the breast clinic for my 6 month follow up after having a breast biopsy that was determined to be fibrosis (benign finding. I’m 40...hoping my breasts haven’t done anything weird in the past 6 months and my diagnostic mammo and diagnostic ultrasound is clear today!!! I feel sick to my stomach with anxiety...

I was told there are non changes and I can return to my regular screening mammo in 6 months! Woo hoo! Sending positives vibes your way for next week's appt!!
