Inflammatory breast cancer concern + update

hello all I posted on here 3 weeks ago.

Backstory is I woke up 3 weeks ago and my right breast was much larger and heavier then my left what concerned me was a small rash appeared at the same time over these 3 week so my rash has spread over my breast. It is bumpy and where it has spread under my breast is itchy. I have also been having occasional strong pain that comes and goes very quickly.

I was referred to the breast clinic in-which my appointment was today the first guy I saw was smiling and laughing as I told him my symptoms which upset me and he kept referring to me having to have a lump and he is certain I don't have cancer. However with inflammatory breast cancer there is not normally a lump. Either way he referred me for a ultrasound and great that was clear however we still know that with IBC you need a skin punch biopsy to confirm. I begged and argued my case but they just brushed me off in a way told me I'm too young and there is nothing to biopsy - however I have a rash. She then focused on my pain saying that's the route of my issue when it's a minor one and another symptom of IBC.

I don't get why she won't do it for me considering all my symptoms happened at the same time and have been getting worse over 3 weeks and quite quickly.

What should I do?

And does ibc symptoms always show on a ultrasound?

I'm planning currently on seeing a dermatologist so that way she can't tell me my rash is excema as I already know it is not
