Hard nodules in arms, lower abdomen and upper back near shoulder

Has anyone experienced hard painful, various sized, nodules in the forearm, across the lower abdomen and the shoulder region of upper back while taking Ibrance, monthly Faslodex shots and 3 month Xgeva shots? I've been on this regimen for 4 months now, 75mg of Ibrance 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

I am experiencing these as well as increased pain.
