Lite bleeding today

I've had 3 Lupron shots and started anastrozole May 1, today I started to bleed a little bit, it's not a lot but enough to have to wear a pad. It's not the time of month that I'd normally get my period either. Is this normal? Does it mean the suppression meds are not working?
