Help has anyone taken Neulasta during the D part of FEC-D

my moms first three treatments (FEC) went so well and she's been so brave and lucky but now she's onto the first D one and they gave her these shot to boost her immunity and told her bones would be sore, now they're sooosore and she says her toungue feels so burnt she says she is hardly even taken the pain killer she because she doesn't want want to get more constpiated! By tomorrow she won't have pooped for 4 days so she says she will go to emerg. Laxatives arent working. I feel so helpless

Has she tried taking Claritin before the neulasta? Many people here have gotten relief with Claritin (not Claritin D) taken a few days before and after the neulasta. It made a huge difference for me.
