PALB2 positive

I am PALB2 positive gene. I was taking tamoxifen, but now I am in menopause and Dr. instructed me to take exemestane/ aromasin.

I'm concerned with the side effects. I would like to go the herbal / natural way, but have no idea where to start or if it works.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
