Postmenopausal Background Parenchymal Enhancement High Risk

Hello Ladies, I am 55 and postmenopausal. My last MRI showed the BPE increased from mild to moderate. Should I be concerned? I have had two previous biopsies and my mother had breast cancer at the age of 60. I also have benign appearing micro calcifications. Thanks for your input.
