Tamoxifen + Lupron with Venlafaxine

Hi all,
My Oncologist has put me on Tamoxifen plus a monthly Lupron shot. I was on Lupron during chemo and experienced bad hot flashes. Since my Lupron will now be at an even higher dose combined with the Tamoxifen, I was also prescribed a low dose of Venlafaxine to help with hot flashes.
Does anyone have experience with a combination of these three meds?
