3 weeks post lumpectomy big hard lump?

Hi! So I had a lumpectomy 3 weeks ago and I have a rather large hard lump in my breast. It wasn’t there the first week then kinda developed and it’s still there. My BS said it could be scar tissue forming or fluid. She said tokeep the surgical bra on for another week. It’s still there and really hard. I had a hematoma with one of my biopsy’s but this isn’t a little different. It hasn’t gotten smaller. Has anyone had this?
