I'm just about to embark on 4 rounds - each cycle is every three weeks. If you had this regimen can you tell me about your side effects?

Were you able to work?

How many days were you down?

I've done AC-T, Xeloda, and Keytruda. The only thing that really got me for a few days each cycle was the AC. Hoping this doesn't approximate that.

I just started this chemo and will be 2 weeks on/1 week off for liver mets.

I’m doing ok! Fatigue is my main se especially on day 2 after chemo.

ANC was too low so after an extra
Week off I had to start over the 12 weeks on a slightly reduced dose.

I'm also doing okay!

The first round hit me hard on day 3 but I think it may have been the steroids. They eliminated the steroids for this last round and fatigue was the only real SE I had, as well. I dramatically increased my water intake so maybe that was also a factor.
