Muscle pain under breast (breast wall) - Please Help

Hi!
I woke up this morning with a burning in the muscle under my breast (the breast that has cancer in it). I say muscle because it hurts with certain movements and flexing. I am in the window where I’m waiting to have a mastectomy before chemo. Has anyone experienced this type of pain? Should I be worried?

It could be just a muscle strain. I would call your doctor and ask he/she or the nurse.
