I'm joining the waiters. Boy I don't feel cut out for this journey.

I had an ultrasound guided biopsy today on a lump on my right breast and my axillary lymph node. The breast surgeon suspects I have a fast growing cancer :-( She said she usually gets results in 2-4 days, so at least that doesn't seem too long.

Good luck. I got my preliminary report on the biopsy within 3 days

Melza89- I am on the waiting boat. I don't wish this on anyone. All I do is cry. I can't sleep, I can't eat. I had my biopsy Wednesday. They told me it takes 3-5 days. I hate having to spend the weekend like this. Praying for benign results for all of us

suzy2618 I hope your results are benign! It's so hard to concentrate or distract myself from my anxiety/fear. I can't eat much either. The breast surgeon seemed to think it was almost definitely cancer. I'm still beating myself up over not noticing earlier, not monitoring my body enough, etc. I've had some random mild-ish symptoms pop up recently and I can't tell if they're from anxiety or cancer! Ugh. Wishing the best for you!
