Continued Bloody Discharge after Microductectomy

I had a duct excision about 4 weeks ago and was diagnosed with duct ectasia. Today I noticed bloody discharge again from the same nipple. Called the surgeon who said to come in Monday and they will schedule an MRI to allay my fears. I'm very worried, anyone have any similar experiences?
