Hi, what antidepressant is ok to take with hormonal therapy?

With Tamoxifen you can take Celexa, Lexapro, or Effexor. I’m not aware of any you can’t take on an AI, but you can check drugs.com for incompatibility.

you can also take Trintellix on Tamoxifen. It is new and there is no generic so its expensive, but doesn't conflict with tamox.
