fluctuating pain on AI's

I have been on Arimidex for 6 months. I am wondering if some of the pains wax and wane. I have pain in my lower back and hips radiating down my right thigh. Some days worse than other, and some day barely there. Sometimes I feel like my right leg is going to give out. Is this normal and has anyone else experienced the same thing
