2 months post-lumpectomy and I feel like I’m crazy

So, back in January, I had what they told me was a papilloma in my left breast that was found because of nipple discharge and pain in the area. I had a lumpectomy and the surgeon then said it was a radial scar along with ADH (I never saw the final report, so I'm not certain which one it was). Around this time I was also experiencing shoulder/neck/collarbone pain that I wasn't sure if it was related or not.

Anyway, the week after the surgery, I was still having this pain, so I mentioned it to the surgeon during my follow-up, and she felt my neck briefly and said it must be sore muscles and that I should get a massage and that would cure it haha

Fast forward to today and the pain is worse than ever - it feels like I have a constant ache from my neck, extending across my collarbone area, and into my shoulder and underarm. To me it seems like it's following the exact path of my lymph nodes, but none of them are noticeably swollen, I just feel pressure and burning along this path ALL. THE. TIME. Plus shoulder and arm pain on that side and a cramp-like pain near my shoulder sometimes (almost like when you run).

I finally got an ultrasound of the neck area today but she said she wouldn't ultrasound anything else (collarbone/underarm) because that's “the breast department's job" and that she didn’t see anything but I’ll get the results in 3-4 days. I also still have the same spontaneous, clear nipple discharge which I thought the surgery was supposed to take care of...

Am I insane for thinking this is all related?! If the ultrasound comes back clear, should I follow up with the breast surgeon? I'm trying to be cognizant of the fact that each of these tests cost money and time, but I also don't want to wait 4 more months until my scheduled follow-up to be in this pain or if something was missed. Any advice or similar stories??
