Hand Tremors while taking Letrozole

Are any of you experiencing hand tremors while taking letrozole? It has been 14 months since I started it, about 4 months in, hand tremors started, with the occasional foot tremors...somedays, no tremors at all....it actually went away for a month ir so, them came back, but seems a bit better. My onc said it was just me, but PCP gave me a referral to neurologist, but she also ordered thyroid blood test and mentioned she has no idea what it is, and said she did not find any connection between tremor and letrozole.,doing blood work wednesday. Needless to say, I am anxious, and have been since diagnosis of ILC grade 2, stage2, low onco score 12, did rads and letrozole, i take the occasional xanax, maybe twice a week. Any advice, research etc, much appreciated..
