Chemo treatment plan ... what is good option for me?

all sisters,

I need help to decide what is the right chemo plan for me.

I have stage 1 in left breast 1.3cm, grade 3, Er +40, PR-,HER2-... oncotype is 39....

I need to start chemo next week( March 4 mestactomy, April 15 chemo)...,

I had 2 different treatment plans, 1 is 8 of ACT, 2 is 4 of TC... I personally don’t like 8 cycle as which seems more painful...what is your recommendations ?

I scratched my head off and can’t decided... not sure if grade 3 and low ER should be considered as reason if doing ACT...

was CMF also an option? That usually is longer but less intense with similar effectivity.
