Need magnesium!

ok, the leg cramps at night are starting to get me after 3 months on Tamoxifen.

Ladies who are successfully fighting the cramps with magnesium....Do you mind sharing the type and dosage that you are on? It seems there is magnesium citrate and magnesium glutinate?

Any advice is appreciated...ouch!!!!!!

Too much Mg can lead to loose stool and/or diarrhea (remember the laxative liquid Milk of Magnesia?) so read the label on whatever you choose to take for suggested dosage limits!
