Diep Flap Breast Natural/Tram Breast not so much

I had a double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction with a diep flap on one breast and a muscle sparring tram flap on the other. The tram breast does not feel natural like the diep breast and my bs thought I had an implant from the feel of it. It’s uncomfortable and feels heavy against my chest. Has anyone else had this experience
