Silicone illness

please anyone that can help me. I got my ultra sound result back and it turns out the prominent auxiliary lymph node is filled with silicone. I have been sick for going on 2 years now. 2 years ago I was hiking a couple times a week with my dogs. Now I can't even clean up after my dogs in the back yard without being completely out of breath and I have passed out a couple of times from being dizzy. I have never smoked and a year ago my lungs were clear in the last years I have developed ground glass opacity in both lungs and a small module in one lung. I am always short of breath. My sight has significantly decreased in the last 8months. I have suddenly become vitamin D deficient. I have chronic hydronephrosis in both kidneys. Fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, anemia, extremely chronic fatigue, insomnia, dry eyes skin and mouth. Severe joint pain, brain fog that is very distressing because I have always been able to be on top of things and now I feel like I'm losing my mind odd rashes, weird bruising, and been hospitalized three times in the last year with lung congestion that would not clear up. I explained to my primary care physician my concern about silicone being in my body and causing me to be I'll because all the symptoms have been In the last 2 yrs and I had a ruptured implant removed 2 years ago and he totally dismissed me and said "what do you want me to do about it?" He said he knows no way of ridding the body of silicone and he doesn't believe any of my symptoms are caused from that. I know my body. I know something is dreadfully wrong. Where do i turn for help?
