Bc depression treated with Transmagnetic stimulation

I gave been depressed.since treatment of bc. Tried 10 antidepressants. None worked. Dr wants me to try TMS. Trans magnetic stimulation. Anyone have similar. Did it help you with fear of recurrance?

    I have not had this not-so-new therapy (it was FDA approved a decade ago) but read about it recently. As a retired pharmacist, it is interesting to me when non-drug options are available for various conditions. Since it may be somewhat expensive with daily sessions for several weeks, your insurance will probably have to preauthorize it.

    Were any of the antidepressants you took prescribed in combination?

    You don't list which cancer treatments you had but those provide the parameters for recurrence risk, as you may realize. Even though I was given chemo, I now have metastatic disease. Perhaps I could have taken the AI longer but then my tumors might have flipped to triple negative/become resistant and the Faslodex injections I get every month wouldn't work! All that to say, you do what you can to prevent another diagnosis from occurring however living in fear of something that is unlikely from a statistical standpoint is not a healthy choice...
