Can a suture from a breast reduction cause a Bi-rad 4 result

Options

Hi,

I just did an Ultrasound and was told they found: in the subareolar region there is a localized slightly irregular hypoechoic focus which appears taller than wide with some posterior shadowing.

I had some surgery done back in September and I wonder if the suture's or something else could cause the Ultrasound to show this result - Bi-Rads 4.

Help please, kind of worried, I finished treatment from my previous breast cancer in 2008.

Shelley
