Do stitch wrinkles ever go away?

Still annoyed 16 months after surgery because I go to an educational hospital and had a fairly inexperienced surgeon do one side of my chest (I had no idea they would end up looking different) and she did a shitty job at making the incision and had to jam me back together, my folds of skin were uneven but my body evened that out for the most part, however, where there were stitches it left two little empty mark like lines.... will this ever go away? It's annoying. I'm sure maybe I could pay some cosmetic person to lazer them off or flatten it out more...... any tips? Doubt my body will "correct" that on its own although I am impressed my body smoothed out a pucker/divot....

I did not have recon btw....

This surgeon also left a half-moon of fat under the scar line and I fucking hate it, but it's too small to warrant re-incision. Has anyone had these areas injected so the fat will dissolve? I feel like that is just being developed (Kybella) and used off label for breast surgeries, to smooth out uneven areas. It's a product people use to dissolve fat under the chin. Annoyed I gave up a healthy breast to have this dumb woman's flaws on me. The other side of my chest is perfect.
