Delays and multiple issues during chemo

Hi all, I am looking for similar stories as mine who still managed to get done with treatment and back to a semi-normal life. I am feeling extremely hopeless at the moment...

Looking for some encouragement from others who had stage 3 or grade 3 with multiple issues during treatment.. I feel like I keep getting hit with issues and I am still in treatment! I did lumpectomy, lymph node removal, port placed, 3 ACs, lost my port due to a stitch rejection, central line placed for last AC, blacked out after the flush to check bloodwork, ended up in ER, finally got last AC, weird one spot back pain started 3 days after last AC and I still have it, weird head symptoms (tingling, numbness on one side of face, head pressure, weird vision changes) which started after first taxol and I still get those symtoms, negative MRI brain and negative bone scan 🙌, anaphylaxis to second taxol, switched to abraxane, neutropenia causing daily injections of neupogen between abraxane treatments, and now a bead sized lump that is about 3 fingers above my incision that my second opinion surgical oncologist biopsied on Wednesday and it is cancer.. not sure of receptors yet.

I being stretched so thin and I am still in treatment. I have 4 more abraxane to go and then radiation. Has anyone else experienced this all during treatment and still come out with years without cancer?!
