Breathing Issue Folliwing Radiation

Options

Hi Everyone, I just finished hypofractionated radiation to my left breast. I used the DIBH technique which is supposed to minimize heart and lung involvement. One week after finishing, I found myself having to take more deep breaths to satisfy my “air hunger”, I guess you could call it? Not really short of breath, but just feeling like my lungs are different than before. I did some weight lifting and pulled the muscles in my upper back, which I think might be contributing to this feeling. I have no coughing or pain at all, just the need to breathe more, if that makes sense? I have a pulse oximeter, which I use to measure my blood oxygen saturation, and it’s always normal at 99-100%. Pulse rate and blood pressure are normal for me too. I’m guessing part of this feeling could be anxiety too. I’m able to exercise normally, just feel like I have to breathe in more air...it’s weird. Anyone else experience anything similar?
