Trouble breathing after radiation?

I had the hypofractionated schedule of radiation to my left breast. I used the DIBH technique, which is supposed to minimize radiation to the heart and lung. About a week after I finished, I found myself having to take deep breaths more often to satisfy my “air hunger", I guess you could call it. But I also have been lifting weights and have a tightness in my upper back myscles(between my shoulder blades),that I think *might* be contributing to this feeling. I have a pulse oximeter with which I measure my blood oxygen saturation, and it is always normal at 99-100%. My blood pressure and heart rate are within normal limits for me too. I'm able to jog/walk with no problems, just feel like I have to breathe more and deeper, if that makes sense? No coughing or pain at all. Maybe anxiety could also be playing a part...just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this after radiation
