I am 31 years old and had a hysterectomy last year. My grandma on moms side and her sister both have had breast cancer, my sister has had leukemia and my dads mom passed from cancer. Recently I have noticed my right breast being significantly smaller than normal and more flabby? I have not had any changes in weight. I decided to check for lumps. I do feel a few small ones and a big one under my right arm pit. The thing that really concerns me is both of my nipples seem to be caving in. My right more so than my left. Am I Just being paranoid or should I make an appointment?

Make an appointment. It’s better to be seen 100 times for nothing, than miss a chance of catching something early

About two days ago, I found a lump on the breast I had my second cancer in last year. Recently, I was prescribed spironolactone, a potassium-sparing diuretic that was a female hormone that mimicked estrogen. I am taking an estrogen blocker. Older articals about this med listed tumor growth as one of the side effects and had a Black box warning. Hello. I would not have taken it had my doctor told me this. Before I had the second cancer, I was prescribed a calcium channel blocker. That med no longer lists breast cancer as a side effect, but for years, it did.
