Mildly elevated ca27-29 and totally freaked out!

So in 2 months I will be out 4 years from original diagnosis IDC stage 2a grade 2, SNB neg.. had TCHP x 6 cycles then went on to get a year of herceptin., RT, one year of Nerlynx and on tamoxifen since then.. has been well since then , having ca27-29 done every 6 months most have been around 27, one was 32 but went back to 26 last draw. WELL my last labs on 3/7 showed mild elevation at 38.9... I just repeated it today and will get results tomorrow but I am frozen in fear, these last few weeks have been the worse, does anyone's have any stories to share that had similar experience and the level came down? Please anyone that can help. I thank you so much ladies

Many women on here have elevated tumor markers and all is well. Breathe. I know it is hard to stay distracted. Hoping the numbers come down
