Hello ladies, I feel like I keep posting constantly. I just keep remembering things I want to ask. So, is not having an appetite after surgery a normal thing in general or is it just a breast reconstruction thing? Or is anyone else even having this symptom at all or is it just me? I could barely eat anything yesterday. I know I'm supposed to eat a lot of protein for healing but the thought of eating just doesnt appeal to me. I'm not nauseated at all, I just dont want to eat anything. Is this a side effect from meds?

    allebasi- Hi! I also had my exchange surgery with fat grafting on Monday. I have prepectoral implants. And I definitely don’t have an appetite. I haven’t taken prescription pain meds since Tuesday, just alternating Advil and Tylenol. When I do eat, I’m trying to focus on protein and fruit. The compression wrap doesn’t help either! I’m basically snacking whenever I have pills to take, and that’s it.
