Rough Waiting Day

I thought I had myself all pulled together as far as how I felt about everything. Turns out I crashed emotionally today ((sigh)) so frustrating.

I know the chances of it being cancer is very slim. But yet that keeps getting lost in my mind. Two more days

hi msrukia! I hope you are well. I too am waiting for a biopsy. Been a week and my mind and body is so tired from all the worrisome. I had my annual mammogram a few weeks ago and then was told I needed a breast ultrasound. Then the radiologist came in and said he saw a small spot and wants to make sure. So I’m scheduled for a biopsy. I am truely scared so I called my dr and asked her opinion on the reading. She said the pea size spot is small but solid. That’s why he wants to check it. It doesn’t have any blood flow to it. Just a spot about 7mm. So she said don’t worry too much. If it is cancer, it’s good it’s small. I’m 47 and in menopause. I’m hoping it’s nothing.

Good luck to both of you. I should hopefully find out my biopsy results today. The waiting is hard. I am hoping for a good outcome but who knows. Exercise and throwing myself into my job is helping

I totally get that the waiting is so super hard. I had my biopsy results and I was relieved. Yet I’m not done waiting. I’m now waiting to see if my other breast is still growing a mass. Good luck
