Symptoms of an implant rupture?

hi everyone,

Has anyone ever had a silicone implant rupture and if so did you have any symptoms of it? I had a pet scan 6 months ago after months of pain in my chest area, it was clear but I’m still experiencing the pain. It comes from near my armpit (on the cancer free side where no lymph nodes were removed) it radiates down my side and around my back. There’s a lot of numbness (new numbness not the same as post mastectomy) with tingling and skin hypersensitivity over particularly one breast. I’m curious as whether these symptoms could be a rutire
