Freaking out

yesterday I noticed a red area on the under side of my breast about a quarter in size. Its flat, red. Smooth, not itchy or painful, not thickened. I thought maybe it's from wearing the same bra for a few days that i was sweaty in (the rest of my bras were already in the wash) I'm going to call my doctor because now I'm freaking out about ibc. I dont have the other symptoms I've read about, but I have this red area that is slightly warm to the touch.

I do also have anxiety, which makes this so much worse

    Dear Blw34,

    Welcome to the community. It sounds like you received good advice in your other post. It is always a good idea to have any breast change checked by your doctor and there can be many causes to skin changes as you describe. The internet will take you straight to IBC which is rarely the case. Keep us posted on what you learn.
