Armpit pain

I am on Arimidex and Zoladex since Sep 2018. First 4 month had mild headaches. But since Jan 2019 have armpit pain in my right side. Cancer was in left breast. Armpit pain moderate dull ache sometimes trobbing. Also have shoulder blade and jaw neck pain. Are those pains side effects of arimidex or zoladex? Does anyone have similar pains? Please help me

    Anyway, if you haven't done it yet, it might be helpful to discuss your symptoms with your doctor as well in at attempt to cope with that pain or do take the best approach.

    Sounds like me. Cancer in left breast, had bmx 7 years ago. 4 years on Arimidex 1 year on tamoxifen. Right arm pit starting itching in January. Tumor markers came back negative. Then the pain started. MO felt it, made a face, ordered PET/ct. I lit up there. Biopsy confirmed. Surgery coming April 3.

    Not trying to scare you, get in to see your MO. Better to get checked out.

    I have zero confidence in tumor marker tests now. Keep pushing if necessary.
