I am new to this so forgive me if I might sound a little crazy but found this lump in my breast whilst having shower and have been panicking ever since . Wonder if anyone has had similar experience ?

Yes I have already been and now waiting for my appointment at breast clinic . I am a natural worrier and lot of anxiety so the waiting is killing me..
