I would start with my gyn who regularly follows me for that condition.

Start with regular gyn. Are you on tamoxifen? That also stimulates a host of stuff .....

There's nothing preventing you from seeing an oncological gyn, but most gals have a trusted gyn they start with. If you are not seeing a gyn on a regular basis, then you can see what your insurance covers and which doctors are better reviewed and closer to you. Good luck.

Karmic - I'm guessing you know they are enlarged because of something your normal gynecologist did, like a pelvic exam, ultra sound or a scan. Didn't they tell you to see a gynecologic oncologist. So, to answer your question, YES. Also, I'm going to start a new thread about BC Survivors and Gynocologic cancers and fears of gyn cancer.

Knmtwins, people with polycystic ovarian syndrome often have enlarged ovaries. I don’t think anyone has indicated to her any worries about a gyn cancer at this time
