Pain immediately following final chemo

Options

I had my final chemo on Jan 14th. I had almost a pCR. Every cycle, I had some intermittent back pain that would resolve before the next cycle. After my final chemo, I started having pain in my left hip. I usually notice it when I'm sitting, but if I put more pressure on my right side, the pain is hardly noticeable. Some days are better than others, and the pain feels like a muscle ache or bruise. Nothing debilitating or difficult to sleep through. It's now March, and the pain is still hanging around. I mentioned it to my MO, and he seems unconcerned. I should also mention I was put into "chemopause" and haven't had a period since November, and am now on Zoladex and Femara. Could lack of estrogen be the culprit? In the past few days, I've also been having some aches down the front of my thigh, shin, and ankle/foot, though not every day like the hip pain. Of course I'm worried about mets. I guess I'm just looking for reassurance or ideas of what this could be? I had a clear PET/CT before I started chemo at the end of Sept. All my bloodwork is in the normal range right now.

Femera has caused me all kinds of joint pain. Keep an eye on it, but pain that come sand goes is most often not cancer.

Thanks KBeee. After I posted that, I did some hip stretches I found online, and that seems to have helped. I finished chemo, then a few weeks later had BMX. I’m 3 weeks post surgery, and I’ve been doing a lot of sitting with not so great posture, and sleeping on my back, which is not my preferred position. I’m going to try and keep up the stretches and move as much as I can and see if that helps. I was so active and in the best shape of my life at 34 before I was dx. Then I became a sloth because of the chemo and depression. Hoping to get back to a regular fitness routine once I’m given the ok from my surgeons

I at least got out for a walk every day and it helped immensely. Hoping you get the OK soon. In my case exercising was therapeutic in so many ways!
