I am wondering how many women on here have been diagnosed with benign fluid filled cysts (be it one or multiple cysts seen via ultrasound), then stopped drinking caffeine or reduced caffeine intake next to nothing, and then cyst/cysts disappeared? I had 2 masses...one was a fluid filled cyst and one was determined to be fibrosis via core needle biopsy. I am due for my 6 month follow up in 8 weeks and am praying I have 0 cysts now after cutting caffeine out (I realize the fibrosis mass will not be reduced by cutting/reducing caffeine). Any input

Does the cyst hurt? If it doesn’t and it was clearly a cyst on your imaging it is harmless, regardless of whether it went away or not. If it is painful you can request that it be aspirated, but sometimes they fill right back up

25 years ago I had several fluid filled cysts found with diagnostic mammogram followed by ultra sound. I was told by doctor to stop drinking caffeinated drinks and coffee and it should resolve itself. I did and they went away. My breast weren't tender but a small amount of brown fluid could be expressed

I didn’t even know I had a cyst...it’s quite small and I can’t feel it. Cysts appear as masses on mammograms and I don’t want to go thru waiting for an ultrasound to find out it’s just a cyst. I’d prefer to be as lump free as possible before my 6 month follow up...LOL
