Keytruda as preventative for TNBC

I'm wondering if anyone here is on the medical arm of the Keytruda trial? I was lucky enough to get in, and I'm fighting fatigue in a way almost, but not quite, as bad as during chemotherapy, Could be two surgeries within 5 weeks (exchange TE and implant, then remove one implant due to cellulitis) as well as weeks of IV antibiotics. Anyone here in this trial?

That's great that you're participating in a immunotherapy clinical trial. You might want to specify which trial since there about 100 different breast cancer trials using Pembrolizumab (Keytruda).

I was on a pilot study with Abraxane and Keytruda, and honestly didn’t notice much SEs from Keytruda except some mild rashes. Most of the SEs (fatigue)I would attribute to Abraxane.

I was on the Keytruda trial. The only side effect I had was an issue with my thyroid, which was easily corrected with medication.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me, as I had a local reoccurance.
