Has anyone developed a large Hematoma?

i had a biopsy (thankfully b9) on Jan. 17. And have developed a large gumball size lump what I am assuming is a hematoma. The biopsy was upper outer quad of right breast and the lump is behind right nipple. Makes sense that that’s draining blood? It’s not painful but I do have some ‘pulling’ sensation throughout my arm pit. I’ve switched surgeons so it’s taking some time to get into my new one.

Any input would be appreciated.
