Taking radiation and arimidex at the same time

Hi everyone,
I'm due to start arimidex tomorrow and then radiation next week. I was kinda surprised at doing both at the same time. I'm just wondering if anyone else is doing that? How do you know which side effect is from which? Thanks for your help.
