    Yes, I have and it worked for me. It took a few weeks to kick in, but now it has made a world of differences. They say to take two tablets a day, but I take one to make them last longer. See if you can get a sample from your dr. I got two packs from my MO. If you go to the Relizen website you can get it sent monthly for $35 per month. It's can get your hands on a sample try it first to see if it works for you.
