Radiation to lung met... anyone?

Hi, I am HER2+ . 2 mets to lung. I have been on TCHP . Kadcyla, now herceptin and tykerb. both mets showed slight shrinkage on last CT 4 months ago. This CT showed continued shrinkage on small met while more growth on larger met. My Oncologist asked me about radiation.. and I can get this. had appointment with Radiation oncologist this afternoon and she felt very good about a good outcome with stopping this tumor. We will only rad the one larger tumor since small tumor continues to shrink and responding.. other than these 2 tumors I am clear everwhere. my health is really good and very good labs. I know there is chance of lung scar tissue forming and could effect esophogus but be temporary. I was inquiring if anyone else has had radiation to lung mets and your outcome? oh and I have other options for chemo and targeted theraphy but we want to nip this dang tumor that isnt responding, as who knows if switch to another drug and it still continues to grow.
