Dear All, I have just joined the forum. I had my 3rd round of chemo yesterday and overall feel ok apart from soreness in the kidney (Laft hand side)
Wondering if anyone out there had this as a side effect.
I am drinking lots of water with some cranberry juice will see how I go with that.
Also sleeping can be hit and miss during the night, with 1 hour siestas in the day...feels like bad jet-lag!
Also any other tips/insights you have are welcome.

Hi Happy... Petal. Welcome to the group. Yes, try drinking water and cranberry. Your adrenal glands are above your kidneys, they create some estrogen and so perhaps that is part of it. If it keeps up, make sure to mention it to the nurse. Hang in there.
