Starting Verzenio

Hi All,

I will be starting this medication on Monday. Had my ovaries and Fallopian tubes removed last week. Is anybody on this medication? How has it worked for you? Any words of wisdom for me?

    Have a look at the (generic name is first) Abemaciclib/Verzenio thread. Pinned to the top is a comprehensive review. There are many of us taking it. The full dose was too strong for me with diarrhea, intestinal cramping, etc. I am doing much better on 100mg twice a day and taking FiberCon=calcium polycarbophil for the loose stool.

    Thank you! I will check it out. The doctor is starting me at 150mg twice a day. I start Monday, will definitely check that thread out now!
